The main salon features the helm, living room with flat screen TV, dining table and 4 chairs and well equipped galley. The boat has two private staterooms with full size beds. Add the full size futon in the main salon and this boat comfortably sleeps six people. The boat has one full bath with a walk-in shower. This boat is equipped with central air and heat. The front deck features a propane gas grill, ice chest, table and four chairs. The back deck has space for stowing kayaks and water toys. A ladder on the back deck allows access to the top deck. The top deck has loungers for sunbathing.

Houseboat Payment & Cancellation Policy

Guests may either pay in full at the time of booking or secure their reservation with a deposit. Any remaining balance is due at check-in.

If paid in full: Holly Bluff Marina reserves the right to place a $1,000 pre-authorization hold on a credit card at the time of check-in. This hold may be captured in the event of damages and will be released when the boat is returned reasonably clean and undamaged.

If reserving with a deposit: No pre-authorization hold will be placed at check-in, but the full balance must be paid before boarding. Your deposit will be returned after check-out, provided the boat is returned reasonably clean and undamaged.

If you must cancel your reservation, notify us at least 30 days before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded less a $300.00 cancellation fee. Guests who cancel within 30 days of arrival receive no refund. If you must reschedule your reservation, there is a $300.00 reschedule fee if the original arrival date is less than 30 days in advance of notification.

There will be no reschedules allowed within 7 days of arrival date.

  • Prices do not include taxes, gas, fees, and holiday surcharges.

  • Renter must be at least 25 years of age with a valid government issued photo ID. Anyone operating this vessel who was born on or after January 1, 1988 must provide proof of a Boating Safety Certification. The BoatUS Foundation offers the only FREE online boating safety course developed specifically for your state. Course information can be found online at: https://courses.boatus.org/

  • Holly Bluff Resort Marina provides a 1 year BoatUS membership to the main operator of the houseboat.

Effective August 21, 2025, all boat rentals at Holly Bluff Resort Marina require liability coverage. This coverage protects against damages or injuries caused to a third party while operating a rental vessel.

In compliance with Florida law (SB 606):

  • A minimum of $500,000 per person and $1,000,000 per incident in liability coverage is offered with every rental.

  • Guests may choose to increase coverage limits, but a minimum is automatically included with each booking at check-out.
