Pontoon Payment & Cancellation Policy

Guests may either pay in full at the time of booking or secure their reservation with a deposit. Any remaining balance is due at check-in.

If paid in full: Holly Bluff Marina reserves the right to place a $250 pre-authorization hold on a credit card at the time of check-in. This hold may be captured in the event of damages and will be released when the boat is returned reasonably clean and undamaged.

If reserving with a deposit: No pre-authorization hold will be placed at check-in, but the full balance must be paid before boarding. Your deposit will be returned after check-out, provided the boat is returned reasonably clean and undamaged.

Fishing Boats & Kayaks Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

If you must cancel your pontoon, fishing boat, or kayak reservation, notify the marina at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental. Guests who fail to cancel within this time frame or do not show up (no-call/no-show) will be charged the full rental amount.

  • Prices do not include taxes, gas, fees, and holiday surcharges.

  • Renter must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government issued photo ID. Anyone operating this vessel who was born on or after January 1, 1988 must provide proof of a Boating Safety Certification. The BoatUS Foundation offers the only FREE online boating safety course developed specifically for your state. Course information can be found online at: https://courses.boatus.org/

Effective August 21, 2025, all boat rentals at Holly Bluff Resort Marina require liability coverage. This coverage protects against damages or injuries caused to a third party while operating a rental vessel.

In compliance with Florida law (SB 606):

  • A minimum of $500,000 per person and $1,000,000 per incident in liability coverage is offered with every rental.

  • Guests may choose to increase coverage limits, but a minimum is automatically included with each booking at check-out.
